‘The Emerald Handbook on Authentic Leadership’ is an intellectual output (IO3) of the Erasmus+ project titled: International Entrepreneurship Network for PhD and PhD Supervisor Training (IETN).
This is a comprehensive handbook for future early stage researcher -, doctoral supervisor- and trainers of supervisor training and best practices in higher education, containing, but not limited to: training material for learners and educators, guidelines and best practices for institutions, decision makers and faculty. The Book will constitute the culminating point of the IETN project, since it will comprise a collection of articles based on the knowledge gained from the intellectual outputs: PhD course on Authentic Leadership (IO1) and PhD supervisor training course on Authentic Leadership (IO2).
The publication encompasses contributions from the consortium and an international group of authors. A total of over 20 chapters have been agreed and the publication will be in the order of 200,000 words.
